About me, I am a very lucky father to my son and daughter and have the most amazing woman by my side whom I have had the pleasure of being with for almost 20 years. For me it is all about spending time with my favourite people and enjoying life. I enjoy business and with that in mind, doing a good job for my clients is non-negotiable.
Michelle Stanborough General Manager
Hi, I’m Michelle Stanborough, and I’m super excited to be working with the team at Inspire Real Estate.
My role (well my passion really) is to ensure you have the best possible work-life/life-balance as a salesperson you can possibly have.
I’ve thoroughly enjoyed being a salesperson myself for the last 17 or so years (since early 2002), and can’t wait to share this enthusiasm with you personally!
Ensuring you enjoy your work, whilst not missing out on the things that are important to you, like family, travel and sport, is my priority and passion.
In 2011 I completed a graduate diploma in real estate at Massey University (boring but important!).

My name is Hayley Lewis and I grew up in Johannesburg, South Africa. I have a three year Office Administration Diploma and have worked extensively as an Office Manager, where my roles varied but mainly included general office admin, accounts, HR and IT related duties. What drew me to work at Inspire was the friendly, relaxed atmosphere and the professional way clients are handled.
I have always thrived on my organisational and time management skills and being able to assist the company with new initiatives and do my part has been extremely rewarding. Hi, I am Lisa Brown and I am excited to be working in Gisborne with Inspire Real Estate bringing sellers and buyers together with a fun, no-stress, caring attitude.
A fascination for property and enthusiasm to help people acquire their dream home has inspired my passion for real estate.
When I’m not helping my real estate clients and customers, I enjoy relaxing with my partner pottering around our home and gardens. (Pottering is my term for getting a lot done without having a to-do list). Or participating in classic motorcycle and vintage car events.
After finishing my formal education with University Entrance, I took on challenging vocations that pushed me to excel. I completed extra-curricula business studies whilst striving for the next level in business management. Owning Sign Businesses for over 25 years, chairing club meetings and organising social events, has enabled me to hone my social skills. I quickly found that I love working with people and helping them achieve their goals. The reward is a happy event with positive results and smiles.
You will also find me punctual, responsible and reliable in my position as your property salesperson. Be rest assured you can count on me any time of day when you have a question or concern, I will listen and follow through. Peter Schmidt Real Estate Salesperson
Peter truly believes in the principles of Inspire Real Estate and is confident in how they will be embraced by the Whanganui community.
Having lived in Whanganui for the last 27 years he’s gained a considerable understanding of the needs of the local community. Working in sales throughout this time he has proven to be excellent at listening to what the client wants and needs. Over the last six years, he has been working in the real estate industry and is passionate about the local market and its substantial growth, particularly over the last three years. He is especially focused on ensuring his clients are happy with the final outcome in each and every sale.
His working mantra has always been to try and help whomever he deals with, and believes real estate is the absolute industry to achieve this, as their home is generally the major investment in one’s life. To sell it for the best price possible, and see the results for his clients, gives him immense satisfaction.
Socially he loves playing golf and has done for some time. Sadly, the results don’t reflect the time he has put into the sport. Walking with his wife also fills part of his life.
His grandchildren play a big part in his life, and he visits them whenever he can.

I spent most of my adult life in Warkworth where my husband and I owned a small business. We ventured north to the beautiful Doubtless Bay for nine years but have now settled in Whangarei.

Hi there, my name is Justine Vavasour and I grew up in the seaside town of Eastbourne, Lower Hutt. I now reside in sunny Nelson with my supportive husband and stepson.
I have had an extensive and rewarding career working within the Administrational, International Banking, Sales and Property Management arenas. With a proven record of loyalty, trust and results, I have been rewarded and awarded for such!

Clint Lewis Senior Property Manager
Firstly, welcome to Inspire…my name is Clinton Lewis, General Manager of Inspire PML. I started my time here in 2012 as a letting manager, a role I consider as one of the most crucial in our field of work. Since then, I have managed a portfolio of client’s properties and to this day, I retain some key accounts. I grew up in Johannesburg, South Africa and have lived in Auckland since January 2012. I am a qualified lawyer and practiced for seven years before moving into the banking world, where I gained significant experience in the property sector. I ended up as the Head of Credit Risk at a major bank in South Africa.
I am privileged to lead this company with the directive that every single client counts and shortcuts are no place in our company. Our brand is now cemented and considerable resources are being utilised to make Inspire a household name.
On a personal note, I virtually love any sport and regular visits to the gym. My wife Hayley and I have two boys whom also share our passion for the outdoors and sports in general.

My Name is Robbie Chaimowitz. I grew up in Johannesburg, South Africa and have lived in this beautiful country that I now call home for the past 6 years. I am an avid sportsman and actively involved in the hockey community as I believe in giving back to the sport that I have gained so much from. I have owned and operated a Hardware store prior to moving to Auckland which has given me a vast amount of experience dealing with many peoples different needs within the property sector. On arrival, I established a small handyman business while my family and I got our feet on the ground.

My name is Gina Delooze, I was born in England and moved to New Zealand with my family 17 years ago for better weather and life style. Since arriving in Auckland I have worked in a variety of positions from Customer Service Manager for a Cosmetics Company to NZ Manager for a trading organization. Zoard Gonczy Property Manager
My name is Zoard Gonczy and I grew up in New Zealand and lived here to the age of 15. I spent the last
14 years of my life in Hungary, Budapest. I have returned with my wife to this beautiful country I call home.
Over the past 4 years, I have worked for Viking River Cruises as a concierge. Through this, I obtained excellent communication skills and a good understanding about client needs and service.

Colin Elstob Property Manager
Colin has been a Rental Property Manager in Rotorua for 7 years. Prior to that Colin spent over 10 years in Local Government where one of his key focuses was Asset Management. He also has more than a decade of service in the Royal NZ Navy behind him.
