Message from the Director

What a fantastic kickstart to the launch of Inspire Real Estate’s sales division. We anticipated a warm reception from our clients, but this really has been quite a humbling experience…

Our recruitment campaign across the country (in search of high-quality agents), has certainly drawn out some mighty fine salespeople, and we’re absolutely looking forward to welcoming them on board early 2020. We’ll have NZ covered (with salespeople) in no time at all.

If you’ve been thinking about moving your property on, we’d love to put you in touch with one of our highly skilled team members. They’ll introduce you to the successful Inspire selling experience – getting you the results you deserve! We offer really attractive selling rates and affordable (yet punchy) advertising campaigns. You’ll be so impressed, you won’t want to shop around!

The end of 2019 saw median house prices for New Zealand (excluding Auckland) increase by 8.6% to a new record high of $520,000, up from $479,000 in October last year. Median house prices in Auckland increased by 0.8% to $868,000 – up from $861,000 at the same time last year – the highest price in 19 months.

Much like the two previous years, properties that are presented and priced well, are selling, and we really are in that market where the agent’s ability is making all the difference to the vendors’ end result. Looking ahead, 2020 is forecast to be much the same as last year with February – April being the premium selling times for a number of reasons. So, if selling is a consideration, you might like to touch base sooner rather than later, and establish what your property is worth, and the strategy to achieve the best possible price outcome.

We look forward to helping you soon. Have a wonderful and safe festive season.
