Since arriving in New Zealand in 1995 from Taiwan, I have acquired a lot of local knowledge and built a large network of investors and buyers, especially in the farming sector.
Prior to real estate, I flew fighter jets and civilian aircraft. I learned the importance of good work ethics and professionalism to ensure that clients’ expectations are met. I handle every property transaction in the same way I handled the take-off and landing of an aircraft – safe, serious, and trustworthy.
I have lived and worked overseas with people of many different nationalities and backgrounds. Using learned market research techniques has enabled me to identify areas of potential with high yields. Together with my marketing and excellent negotiating skills, I have established strong international connections.
Building successful client relationships are helped by multi-lingual abilities including Taiwanese.
As the captain of a Boeing 747, I can put all my skills to work for you. Give me a call!
